About Us

DarazSerum.com is an online skincare and beauty retailer serving customers across Pakistan. We curate and sell serums, face washes, moisturizers, sunblocks, hair care, and body care products from a range of brands. We are an independent retail platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Daraz.pk or any other third-party marketplace, despite similarities in our name.

Product Listings & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to ensure product images, ingredient lists, and descriptions are accurate. However, actual packaging, shade, texture, or formulation may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer’s current batch.
  • Prices, discounts, and product availability shown on theTerms & Conditions — DarazSerum.com are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or description due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after an order has been confirmed.

Placing an Order

  • Orders can be placed directly through the website checkout or via WhatsApp (0333-7116462) for customers who prefer manual assistance.
  • An order is only considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee stock availability.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, contact number, and any other details required to fulfill your order. DarazSerum is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, along with any online payment methods explicitly listed at checkout.
  • For COD orders, payment is due in full to the courier at the time of delivery. Refusing an order at the doorstep without a valid reason (such as a damaged or wrong item) may affect your ability to place future COD orders with us.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in DarazSerum requiring advance payment for future orders from that customer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of DarazSerum.
  • Risk of loss or damage to a product passes to the customer once it is handed over to the courier service, except where the damage is proven to have occurred due to our packaging error.
  • Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery where possible. Report any tampering, damage, or missing items to us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the personal-care nature of skincare and beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
  • Requests for return or exchange due to a wrong item, damaged item, or defective product must be raised within 3 days of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video or clear photos as proof.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (for online payments) or via bank transfer/mobile wallet (for COD orders) within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Sale items, bundled deals, and clearance products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Product Use & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

  • Skincare products can affect individuals differently based on skin type, allergies, and pre-existing conditions. We strongly recommend performing a patch test 24–48 hours before full use of any new product.
  • DarazSerum is not a substitute for professional dermatological advice. If you have sensitive skin, known allergies, or a medical skin condition, please consult a dermatologist before use.
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions, irritation, or adverse effects resulting from product misuse, failure to patch-test, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s usage instructions.

Authenticity Claims

  • We take reasonable steps to source products from verified suppliers and distributors. If you have concerns about the authenticity of a received product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/video so we can investigate and, where warranted, offer a replacement or refund.

Pricing Errors & Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion — including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious/bulk-reseller ordering patterns. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

Account Use

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including product photography, blog articles, logos, and page layouts — is the property of DarazSerum.com unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DarazSerum’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
